    Al-Otaishan: more than 120 company will present more than 5000 job for job seekers
    Al-Wabel: specialist will conduct workshops for the job seekers
    The human resources development fund will participate in Wadaef Job Festival 2015
     
     
    The opening ceremony for the employment exhibition Wadaef 2015, which was organized in collaboration with Dhahran expo will be on Sunday11, October 2015. The exhibition is sponsored by his Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, the eastern province governor. It will be held in the company’s center and will be open for four days. The first three days are allocated for male visitors, and the last day is allocated for families. This exhibition is directed towards job seekers, whether recent graduates or experienced employees. It will give them the opportunity to browse through the available job offers, network, and compete as potential candidates to work for those establishments, which in turn can help them land the desired job.
     
    Abdul Rahman Al-Otaishan, Chairman of Asharqia Chamber said that (Wadaef Job Festival 2015) will include variety of companies will participate in it, to reinforce Saudization by offering a wide array of opportunities for job seekers.  The Human resources development fund (HRDF) will participate in Wadaef Job festival 2015 that the chamber of commerce is organizing in cooperation with Dhahran expo. More than 120 company will participate in it, to reinforce Saudization by offering a wide array of opportunities for job seekers.  He asserted that the HRDF’s participation is part of the support the chamber receives from all related organizations in the business sector as part of their social responsibility.  The fund’s participation will have a great impact on job seekers; it will supply them with the needed guidance.
     
    Al-Otaishan asserted that this exhibition is considered an opportunity for job seekers and companies alike. It will give job seekers whether recent graduates of experienced a chance to browse through a wide range of job opportunities, which will in turn give the companies a chance to have their pick from such candidates to join their teams. He noted that (Wadaef Job Festival 2015) is an event organized by Asharqia chamber to support the Saudization efforts. It will be facilitate the private sector’s endeavors in creating jobs for Saudis, and meeting the Saudization quota needs by providing a link between the business sector and training and employment services providers. It will also facilitate sharing experiences and transferring expertise between participants who work in the human resources and recruitment management field, as well as creating a professional ambiance for job seekers to help them plan for their future, especially in terms of choosing the suitable job. This exhibition is meant to spread The Culture of Professionalism in the society. He noted that the importance of this exhibition is evident in three aspects; the first aspect is providing companies who often face obstacles of recruiting employees with the means to meet and recruit qualified Saudis. It is also considered an opportunity human resources and training specialists to offer their services to the participating establishments and visitors.  
     
    Alwabel noted that several committees is working hard to assure that the exhibition flows smoothly. He noted that the chamber has chosen a number of workshops to be conducted during the exhibition. Those workshops were picked carefully, to help job seekers develop more skills that are essential.  For instance, there will be workshops to help pass interviews, how to write the perfect CV, and others about employees’ rights and responsibilities.         Al-Wabel asserted that on Sunday night, Al-Rasheed Company’s vice president, Wael ibn Abdulrahman Albassam will conduct a workshop from 5.54 to 6.45 titled “skills for a successful job interview.” While on Monday at the same time, Mahmoud ibn issam afandi, a consultant in the ministry of labor will conduct a workshop for males titled “ employee rights in the Saudi labor law.” On Tuesday there will be a workshop for males titled “my CV is the way to get a job” and it will be conducted by Mohammed ibn Mubarak baziad, the HR manager in Al-Rashid group.  The workshops program will conclude on Wednesday with a workshop for female participants, conducted by personnel management consultant in saudi Aramco, Mariam Abdullah AlAbdulateef, titled “my job is my future.”
